Are you struggling with chemistry or biology coursework in high school, community college, or university? I know that those struggles can add significantly to your stress level. It's going to take a lot of work on both of our parts, but let me help you get on solid footing. Who knows, you might even start to enjoy these classes! I am a Ph.D. biochemist with 10 years experience as a college chemistry and biochemistry professor. I have over 20 years of experience working with students who are struggling with all sorts of science disciplines. I am highly educated, but my experience keeps me grounded -- no matter where you are, I will meet you at your level and give you appropriate tools and ways of thinking. You will learn the material AND you will learn how to succeed on tests and quizzes. There is a ton of content in today's science courses -- you might find that weekly (or even bi-weekly) meetings are necessary for you to make it through the semester. Or you may be keeping on top of things and you might only need to meet once in a while. I'll take the job, no matter how big or how small. As I am just starting out in the realm of personal tutoring, my rates are very reasonable. I am willing to discuss prices for longer term engagements.
