Experience
I have helped "tutor" classmates and friends my whole life. My grandparents were teachers, my dad is a natural teacher, even though he pursued a law degree, and I seem to have the gene as well. I enjoy helping people reconcile problems they are having in their current classroom. I feel that an understanding of a subject reaches beyond selecting one of four answers.
